Every product on Oryonda is listed by one of our own sellers, checked by software for protected names, logos and characters, and approved by a person before it goes on sale. We do not sell sports team, school, league or licensed character designs. If something slips through, we want to know.
Report a listing
Send your notice to our designated agent:

Please include:
- a link to each listing on Oryonda;
- what you own (the copyright work, trademark or character) and where it is registered or published;
- your name, address, phone and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
These are the elements of a copyright notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). We handle trademark and character complaints the same way.
What happens next
We hide the listing within 24 hours of a complete notice, tell the seller, and keep a record of every notice and action. Knowingly false notices can make the sender liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
Counter-notice
If you are the seller and believe a listing was removed by mistake, send our agent a counter-notice with: the removed listing and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where Oryonda may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice; and your signature. Unless the sender tells us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the listing.
Repeat infringement
Sellers whose listings are the subject of repeated valid notices lose the right to sell on Oryonda.
