Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.
Cost
- Standard shipping: $7.99 per order.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, before tax.
The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
- Made-to-order items are produced after you confirm your print proof. Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days of that confirmation.
- Ready-made items ship from the location shown on the product page, usually within 1 to 3 business days.
- Busy seasons (Black Friday to Christmas) and carrier delays can add a few days. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also find it under your order in your account.
Address problems, lost or damaged parcels
- Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email [email protected] right away; we can usually fix it before the item ships.
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days and we will help.
- If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement at no cost.
