This policy explains what personal information Oryonda ("we") collects when you use oryonda.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Order and contact details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
Personalization: the names, dates and text you type, and any photos you upload (for example of your pet), plus the preview and print file we make from them.
Payment: processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive a confirmation, the card brand and last four digits, never the full card number.
Account and messages: your sign-in email, saved designs, reviews, and what you write to our support team.
Device and usage: pages viewed, your browser and device type, IP address and approximate location, collected by our own servers and by Cloudflare for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, including sending it to the print partner that produces it.
To send order and shipping emails. Marketing emails only if you sign up, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure.
To understand and improve the store, using our own first-party statistics.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We share only what each partner needs to do its job for us:

payment processors (Stripe, PayPal);
print and fulfilment partners and shipping carriers (your name, address and personalization);
hosting, security and email providers (Cloudflare and our email service);
the image-generation service we use to turn a pet photo into artwork (the photo and the shop's style reference only, for that request);
authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use advertising cookies or share your information for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy first, ask for consent where the law requires it, and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work: your bag, your sign-in and your cookie choice. Any optional analytics or advertising cookies will only run after you agree, and a browser GPC signal turns them off.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Uploaded photos and print files: while we need them to make, ship, support or remake your order, then deleted. Server logs: for a limited period for security. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other US states), you can ask to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking. An authorized agent may ask on your behalf with your written permission.

Children

Oryonda is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restricted access and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a private email account for your orders.
