These terms are an agreement between you and Oryonda ("we", "us"), which runs oryonda.com. By placing an order or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who sells to you

Every product on Oryonda is sold and shipped by Oryonda. The shops you see ("Paw & Pine Studio" and others) are run by our own sellers. They create and list the products; your contract for an order is always with Oryonda.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site with a parent or guardian. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

Orders and prices

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are shown before you pay.
• Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item cannot be made, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
• Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.

Personalized items

• Most items are made to order with the names, text or photos you give us. You see a preview and a print proof before you buy. Please check spelling, dates and photos carefully: we print what you approve.
• You confirm that you have the right to use any text and photos you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. You give us permission to use them only to make, ship and support your order.
• We may refuse or cancel, with a full refund, personalization that uses someone else's trademark, team, school or character, or that is hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal.
• Pet artwork made from your photo is generated with the help of an image model and finished in the shop's style. It is an interpretation, not a photograph.
• Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed item.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping policy and Returns & refunds. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Our content and designs

The site, its text, photos and every product listing on it belong to Oryonda or its sellers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying an item gives you the item, not the right to copy or resell the design. If you believe something on Oryonda uses your work or your mark, see our Intellectual property and takedowns page.

Reviews and messages

If you post a review or photo, you let us show it on Oryonda and in our marketing, with your first name and state. Please keep it honest and respectful. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Things you may not do

Do not misuse the site: no scraping or automated buying, no attempts to break security, no fraud, and no content that infringes other people's rights.

Disclaimers and limits

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]; most problems are solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States that apply to you. You may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; the terms in force when you placed an order apply to that order.
